We sell various perfume-based products at Zenox Perfumes which are designed to provide a unique experience. Perfumes may however act differently depending on aspects such as skin type, weather and application.

Scent is subjective, what is strong-smelling to one individual or long-lasting to another. Though we make our best to present our products as it is, there might be minor differences in the way they look or the packaging.

Our products are designed according to the general safety measures, yet each person reacts differently.

Before normal usage, we highly recommend a patch test. One should not use perfume on irritated skin or on broken skin and should not keep it near the eyes. In case of any irritation, stop using it. Zenox perfumes cannot be blamed whenever there is an allergic reaction or when one has misused it.

Every price on the site is INR (₹). The prices can vary at any point in time.

We can also change, upgrade or cancel any product any time. Although we will do our best to make everything precise, we cannot be held accountable in case of any price or availability changes.

Upon placing an order, it is open to acceptance by us. There are some cases when we cancel or refuse orders, like:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product details
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In case of cancellation of your order once the money has been paid, the money will be refunded according to our policy.

We make our best to provide the correct and current information on our site. Nevertheless, some mistakes or oversights can be made.

We may correct, update, or change information with regard to the price, product descriptions, or availability without prior notice.

The orders tend to be processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery schedules can be different according to your place of delivery and courier services.

Although we have trusted logistics partners, we are not in control of delays caused by them. As soon as the product is shipped, the burden is passed to the customer.

We have a stringent policy of returns because of the nature of perfumes.

The returns are taken under the condition that they are:

• The product is damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible:

• You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns based on personal fragrance preferences.

We may use third-party services such as payment gateways and shipping partners to complete your order.

While we carefully choose these partners, we are not responsible for their policies, delays, or service-related issues.

Everything you see on this website — including the brand name, logo, product images, and content — belongs to Zenox Perfumes.

Unauthorised use, duplication or reproduction is highly prohibited, and can result in legal prosecution.

We like to hear your feedback. By providing feedback, reviews or suggestions, you consent that we may use this feedback to market or improve our services without any promise of compensation.

Also, please make sure that any content that you are sharing is decent, truthful, and legal.
