At Zenox perfumes, we are of the opinion that experience in fragrance goes beyond the product itself, and it incorporates trust, transparency, and reliable services. All orders are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipping. Nevertheless, in the uncommon cases when things do not work to our advantage, we are there to help you.

This policy aims at making it clear on the way returns, refunds and cancellations are done, as such you will always know what to expect when you shop with us.

Return & Exchange Policy

The products of perfumes are delicate and personal-use product, and that is why we observe high hygiene and safety standards.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacement

We will only accept returns or do replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or leaking upon delivery
  • You have received an incorrect product

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Requests based on fragrance preference (as scent perception varies from person to person)
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this timeframe may not be considered

Proof Requirement

To ensure a fair resolution, customers are required to provide:

  • A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package
  • Supporting images (if necessary)

This helps us verify the issue quickly and take appropriate action without delays.

Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction, and we are expected to address all legitimate concerns fairly and timely.

When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds can be requested in the following situations:

  • Verified damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch

Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5–6 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account details

Important Notes

  • In case a package looks physically damaged or open during delivery, we highly recommend declining the order.
  • Zenox Perfumes has the right to reject the requests of the refunds which are not in accordance with the policy.

Non-Delivery, Missing or Incorrect Orders

We know how essential it is that your order should reach you safely and punctually.

  • In case your order is marked as delivered and not received, then you should inform us within 48 hours.
  • We will be able to organise our team that will cooperate with the courier partner and research the problem.
  • The resolution will be given in 3-4 working days.

It is important to note that a claim made outside the stipulated time period might not be subject to further consideration.

Shipping Policy

  • Order processing is done in 1-3 working days upon confirmation.
  • We do not charge any extra or additional fee, as we deliver free within India.
  • Delivery schedules can be different based on your location and courier services.

Although we deal with trusted logistics partners, the delays that may take place due to unpredictable conditions or external influence cannot be controlled by us personally.

Important Return Conditions

To provide easy processing of returned or refund requests:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All claims must be supported with valid proof (unboxing video/images)
  • The product should not be intentionally damaged or mishandled
  • Decisions regarding refunds or replacements will be made after proper verification

Cancellation Policy

We know that plans change, and you might have to cancel your order.

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped
  • A prepaid order cancellation will be charged a 2% payment gateway fee.

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • If a prepaid order is returned back to us, a ₹75 handling fee will be deducted from the refund

Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 4–5 business days

Product Sensitivity Disclaimer

All the products of the Zenox Perfumes are IFRA compliant and made of safe and quality ingredients. But each skin and its sensibility can be different.

  • We recommend performing a patch test before full application
  • Avoid applying on sensitive or broken skin
  • Discontinue use if any irritation occurs

Zenox Perfumes will not be liable to allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by the use of the product.
